Rest 30 seconds between sets
Complete 5 back squats every min on the min. Add 20#(guys)/10#(girls) each min until
you cannot complete 5 in the minute. Then do 10 burpees every minute until the last person is done.
*Beginner – starting weight is barbell.
Group stretch/mobility lead by the coach.
