Welcome to CrossFit O4W. We are a CrossFit Gym in Atlanta located in the historic Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, right next to TWO Urban Licks. We are a world class CrossFit gym and everything we do at CrossFit O4W is centered around building a gym experience focused on helping our athletes achieve their goals.

We have programs for every fitness level. From the elite athlete to the newcomer to fitness. If you aren’t shape, that’s okay. It’s our job to get you in shape. Whether your goal is to gain lean muscle, maintain general fitness or compete at an advanced level, there is spot for you at CrossFit O4W.

Through the use of weights, cardiovascular training and gymnastics programmed in interval training methods, our workouts are guaranteed to take you to the level of fitness you want to achieve.

At CrossFit O4W you will find quality programming, great coaches and an excellent community all focused on assisting you in achieving your individual goals.

CrossFit O4W has a number of different programs designed to ensure you meet your fitness goals. Our workouts are scalable for all ages and athletic abilities. Our workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements that we encounter in our everyday lives: running, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, etc). If you have a fitness goal, we can help you meet it.

Fitness Bootcamp

Our Fitness Bootcamp is designed to meet the needs of anyone looking to get into shape at an accelerated pace. The Fitness Bootcamps include workouts that range from cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, gymnastics and weight training. Our bootcamp is offered on a one month basis and is an excellent way to get started towards your fitness goals. This is an excellent start for beginners to get their bodies accustomed to workouts that improve your general fitness.

Group Training

Our CrossFit group classes are scheduled regularly throughout the week and are led by quality coaches with one goal in mind. Helping you achieve your fitness goals. Everyone’s fitness goals are different, so our workouts are scalable to help meet your individual goal. Our Workout of the Day (WOD) is programmed with the ten physical skills in mind that help to define general fitness: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Schedule an intro session to learn more about our group fitness WOD’s.

Personal Training

Our coaches are prepared to offer the one-on-one attention that some our clients need in order to ensure they are on track to achieve their fitness goals. As a part of our Personal Training program, we will work with you to define goals and put together a plan to help you meet those goals. This program also includes meal planning and other nutritional information designed to provide you the foundation to build your fitness plan around.

Boxing/Self Defense

CrossFit O4W is pleased to be able to offer boxing and women’s self defense classes led by professional boxing coaches. This program is designed for that interested in adding some high intensity cardiovascular activity to their workout. We also offer a Women’s Self Defense class designed to teach our members how to defend themselves should the unlikely occur.

Athletic Training

Our team of quality coaches is prepared to extensively train athletes and provide a rigorous training regime to help the athlete achieve their goals. Whether it’s the off-season and your goal is to improve your skills; or you’re an athlete looking to compete in the CrossFit games, we have programming that is sure to help you meet your individual needs. We train high-school and collegiate athletes across a number of different sports, including: Football, Basketball, Soccer, Wrestling, Baseball and Track/Field.

Yoga/Mobility

CrossFit O4W is pleased to be able to offer boxing and women’s self defense classes led by professional boxing coaches.
