Snatch pulls: 10 x 3 @ 65% of deadlift max
Rest 30 seconds between

WOD

20 min AMRAP (partner WOD): 
Partner 1: runs 400m
Partner 2: 
10 wall balls 20/14
10 knees to elbows (sub knee ups)
10 farmer carry lunges 
…repeat AMRAP until partner 1 gets back from run.
